Cracked caulk lets water get behind tiles. Replacing it is a simple afternoon job.
Steps
- Remove old caulk with a scraper
- Clean the joint and let it dry completely
- Tape both sides for a neat line
- Apply a steady bead of kitchen and bath silicone caulk
- Smooth it, remove the tape, and let it cure before using the shower
